数控系统改造中关键部件的设计与选择
The Design and Choice of the Key Part of the Rebuilding of the Numerical System
【摘要】 对普通机床进行数控化改造是目前我国中小企业摆脱机床设备陈旧、加工效率低下、加工精度不高的一种经济有效的方法,具有很重大的实际意义。本文就在数控改造中经常遇到的几个问题,包括数控系统、伺服电机的选择以及整个数控系统的控制电路和强电电路的设计做了较详细的介绍,为数控机床改造提供了参考。
【Abstract】 It is an economical and effective way to rebuild the common machine tools in order to improve machining efficiency and machining precision.Some questions were discussed including how to choose the numerical system,how to choose the servo mechanism,and how to design the control circuit and electric circuit.
