电解阳极板铣耳机电液比例伺服控制系统设计

【摘要】 在分析电液比例伺服方向阀特性的基础上,分析阳极板铣耳工艺及其技术要求,针对电解阳极板铣耳机组的实际工作环境以及控制精度,利用电液比例伺服方向阀设计了该机的液压控制系统,完成阳极板的定位、压紧、进给和铣削等动作。在实际生产中证明了这种利用电液比例伺服阀设计的控制系统比用一般比例阀更能满足性能要求。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional servo direction valve were analyzed,the eraphone craftwork and technology request of anode plate were discussed.According to actual work environment and control precision of electrolytic anode plate eraphone machine,the hydraulic control system of eraphone machine which can complete some action,such as positioning,compressing,feed and milling of the anode plate,were designed by using the electro-hydraulic proportional servo technology.The actual application shows that the control system designed with the electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve has better control properties than that with general proportional valve.
