同步带定位系统的动力学仿真与试验分析
Dynamics Simulation and Test Analysis of Timing-belt Position System
【摘要】 根据同步带传动本身的物理特点,对同步带定位系统简化模型进行了分析与计算,并进行了MATLAB仿真。通过仿真曲线与实际试验数据曲线的比较,分析了引起运动定位误差的主要原因。最后提出了改进试验系统的几点建议。
【Abstract】 Based on the physical characteristics of timing-belt transmission,the simplified model of timing-belt position system was analyzed and calculated.The MATLAB simulation was completed.The simulation curve was compared with testing result curve,the primary reasons which cause the movement position errors were estimated.Some proposals were presented to advance the testing equipment.
