基于模糊推理的自调整PID位置控制系统在无头轧制中的应用
Position Control System of Endless Rolling Based on Fuzzy Self-modification for PID Parameters
【摘要】 作为一种高效、低成本的新兴技术,无头轧制技术在钢铁行业中的应用越来越广泛。但是由于这种技术对位置控制精度和抗干扰能力要求比较高,传统的控制技术很难达到要求。笔者将基于模糊推理的自调整PID控制技术应用于无头轧制位置控制系统中,试验结果表明:该控制方法实时性好,其控制的系统稳态精度高,响应快,抗干扰能力强。
【Abstract】 Endless rolling technology is a new technology with high efficiency and low cost,which is applied widely in iron and steel industry,but tradition control technology can not satisfy the system needs of high standard.A novel approach to apply the PID parameters control technology based on fuzzy self-modification to position control system of endless rolling was proposed.The simulation solution shows that the control method has good real-time characteristic,the system has high steady precision,fast response time and strong anti-interference capacity.
