新型自驱动式电缆牵引机关键技术研究
Research on Key Technique of the New Type Self-driven Towing Machine for Cable
【摘要】 牵引机是电网建设的关键设备,目前我国主要依赖进口,但因无行走功能,给施工现场设备定位及转场带来很多困难,开发一种牵引-行驶一体化的新型牵引机具有重要意义。为了使牵引机实现牵引、行驶2种工况的动力匹配,采用一个动力源以及2种功能执行部件参数的相互协调法,确定了发动机、主油泵以及牵引、行驶等装置的主要液压件参数及其结构尺寸,最大程度地发挥了动力源的效率,实现了2种功能的集成,解决了牵引机的行驶问题。
【Abstract】 As the key and main equipment in building cable network,towing machine mainly depends on import in China at present.However most of employed equipment is unable to meet the requirement of building cable networks completely because of the limitation of running function.So it is very important to design a new type self-driven towing machine integrated towing and running function to solve the problem of swiftly orienting and transporting.The key technology of the new-type equipment was analysed and researched.The intercoordination method among parameters of power supply and two components of function iterative was applied to determine the parameters and structural dimension of engine,main oil pump and main hydraulic components.According the results of intercoordination method,the optimum selection of parameters and dimension of main component was accomplished to obtain the most work efficiency of power supply.The design of new type self-driven towing machine achieved integration towing and driving.
