带冠整体涡轮盘加工中成型电极进给轨迹搜索方法研究
The Method Research of Feed Path for Molding Electrode in Rimed Turbine Blisks Manufacturing
【摘要】 带冠整体涡轮的加工是机械制造业的一项关键技术,而电火花加工(EDM)是带冠整体涡轮加工最有效的方法之一。本文论述了带冠整体涡轮的三维造型以及成型电极的设计原则;采用逆向思维的方法,重点对成型电极在带冠整体涡轮盘狭窄通道中无干涉进给轨迹最优化搜索方法进行了研究,得到了四轴联动轨迹搜索的结果。
【Abstract】 The manufacture of rimed turbine blisks is the key technology of mechanical manufacturing industry,and the electrical discharge machining(EDM)is one of the most effective manufacture methods.The three dimensional modeling and the principle of design of rimed turbine blisks were discussed.To use the converse thinking,the method of searching of a non-interference path for feeding an electrode through twist channels of a rimed blisk was studied.
