基于PMAC的开放式双主轴龙门钻床数控系统研究
Research of PMAC-based Open Numerical Control System for the Horizontal Twin Spindles Double Column Drill Press
【摘要】 采用多轴运动控制器PMAC卡嵌入PC机的模式,构成一种专用于双主轴龙门钻床的开放式数控系统,利用该卡配置的软件和PC机的软、硬件资源,使系统完成双主轴龙门钻床的数控功能,并充分体现了系统的开放性。
【Abstract】 By imbeding the multi-axis motion controller PMAC card into PC,a open numerical control system applied in horizontal twin spindles double column drill press was constituted.Using the software of the PMAC card,and the software and the hardware resources of PC,this system can complete the numerical control function for the horizontal twin spindles double column drill press,which incarnates the open character of the system adequately.
