叶片模具的开模过程仿真及碰撞干涉检验
Simulation and Collision Detection of the Blade Mould Opening Process
【摘要】 提出把叶片模具的开模过程看作是一个机构的运动过程,并基于机构分析的方法研究了叶片模具的开模过程中的碰撞干涉检验问题。对模具机构的创建、机构运动的建立等问题进行了讨论。并以UG为图形支撑软件,对该方法进行了编程实现。
【Abstract】 A new method for simulation and collision detection of the blade mould opening process was presented.While opening the blade mould,the process can be regarded as the motion of a mechanism,and the collision detection of the blade mould can be studied with the method of mechanism analysis.Creation of the mould mechanism and establishment of the mechanism motion were discussed.The theory was proved by programming under the UG software platform.
