新型变频振动下料机液压系统特性及动态监控
Characteristic and Dynamic Monitoring of Hydraulic System in New Type Precision Cropping Machine
【摘要】 新型下料机是利用变频振动实现低应力精密下料的。本文在分析了该下料机工作原理的基础上,构建了振动下料机液压系统及其计算机监控系统的硬件结构。采用LabVIEW软件编制了振动下料机液压系统监测程序运行界面,并进一步研制出了该系统。试验结果表明。该系统运行良好、工作可靠。
【Abstract】 New type of precision cropping machine utilizes variant frequency vibration to crop bar precisely with low stress.Based on the analysis of the operating principle of the cropping machine,the system hardware of hydraulic system and its monitoring system was built up.The software program of the hydraulic monitoring system was developed with LabVIEW.The interface is friendly.The experimental results show that the system improves the precision and the control performance for the cropping bar.
