【摘要】 片式元件自动切割机是属于光机电一体化高科技技术领域产品,应用于表面安装技术(SMT)中片式电容生产工序。本文根据设备研制的要求和所要达到的功能,给出了这种自动切割机控制系统的组成。此控制系统能够将产品参数设置与计算、图像识别与误差调整、电机驱动控制、切割过程的监控等功能集成于一体,该控制系统在实际设备研制和应用中取得了满意的控制效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Electronic chip component automatic cutting equipment belongs to high-tech field products,which can be applied for manufacturing capacitance chip in SMT.According to requirement of the equipment and attainable function,the components of the controlling system of automatic cutting equipment was presented.This controlling system integrates the product parameters setting and computing,picture identifying and error adjusting,motor driving control,inspection of cutting process and so on.The good controlling effect in practice was obtained.更多还原
