基于MSC.Patran&Nastran的MKQ8312数控高速凸轮轴磨床床身的有限元分析及结构改进

【摘要】 以MKQ8312数控凸轮轴磨床床身为研究对象,介绍了此床身的三维CAD造型方法和有限元处理方法;用有限元分析软件MSC.Patran&Nastran对原床身进行了有限元动态分析,找出原床身设计中的缺陷,然后对各种改进后床身再进行有限元分析,通过多方案比较,确定了床身的最优设计方案,为进行产品结构设计提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The method of CAD model building and the modeling procedure related to the three dimensional finite element model were introduced based on MKQ8312 CNC camshaft grinder bed.The model was led into MSC.Patran for FEM dynamic analysis,and the shortcoming of the original structure was found out.The effect of various structural modification on the natural frequency was evaluated and optimization design of the structure was presented.This optimization method provides theoretical foundation for structure design of high speed grinder.
