AMT起步过程离合器接合控制参数的选取
Selecting of the Control Parameter of Clutch Jointing During AMT Starting-work
【摘要】 AMT起步过程离合器的接合控制是AMT系统的关键技术之一,控制参数的选取,对控制性能的影响很大。本文通过总结目前常用控制参数,提出采用离合器主、被动边角加速度信号作为起步控制参数,该参数不但具有用转速信号作为控制参数时的优点,而且能够更加直接地反映离合器的传递转矩,有利于提高起步控制品质。
【Abstract】 During AMT starting-work,the jointing control is one of the key technologies of AMT system.Selecting the control parameter influences the control performance greatly.By summarizing the control parameter in common use at present, the angular-acceleration signal of clutch initiative-passiveness side was considered as the control parameter of starting-working.The parameter has the merits with the rotating speed as signal parameter,and can reflect the clutch transmitted torque much more direct,which is propitious to advance the character of starting-work control.
