【摘要】 汽车变速器壳体的密封性检测是其生产工艺中的必要环节,为满足小批量、多品种、高精度检测的生产需求,研制了通用型壳体气密性泄漏检测装置。装置的封堵夹具能够灵活调整,并采用逐点减差式校准方法使得差压式气密性泄漏检测的基准容器固定,检测的自动化程度高,检测精度高且稳定,该装置具有较好的通用性与实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seal characteristic of the shell of gear-box is the key technical factor.The universal air leak test equipment of the shell of gear-box was developed in need of small batch,big variety and high precision.Its sealing clamps can be neatly adjusted to the tested shell.A new calibration method was adopted to fix the reference tank of the air leak test with differential pressure.The equipment is universal with practicability.更多还原
