【摘要】 利用太湖猪5个类群(二花脸、中梅山、小梅山、米猪和沙头乌)及姜曲海猪、东串猪在25个微卫星DNA座位上的等位基因频率,进行主成分分析,绘制地理分布图。结果表明,第一主成分地理分布图反映太湖猪类群与其它两品种遗传结构的差异;第二主成分地理分布图反映太湖猪各类群遗传结构的差异,并将其分为两类;第三和第四主成分地理分布图初步揭示华北型与华中型猪品种的基因交流。本研究为进一步开展全国性地方猪品种的主成分地理分布分析奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The principal component(PC) values were calculated based on allele frequencies of 25 microsatellite loci in five types of Taihu Pig(Erhualian、Middle Meishan、Small Meishan、Mipig and Shawutou),and then the geographic distribution maps were constructed.The first PC geographical map could reveal the genetic structure differences between Taihu pigs and other two pig breeds;the second PC geographical map further demonstrated the differences among five types of Taihu Pig and could classify them into two main groups.The third and fourth PC geographical maps could approximately explain the gene exchange and mixtures of North China type and Middle China type pigs.The study will be contributed to a large-scale principal component geographic distribution analysis of Chinese indigenous pig breeds.更多还原
