中草药对生长牛血清T-SOD和MDA的影响

【摘要】 选用54头190kg利本杂交一代肉牛,研究了4种复方中草药添加剂对肉牛血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果显示:在微量元素的基础上再添加2%中草药,抗氧化性能有显著提高(P<0.05);纯中草药制剂的4%试验组的抗氧化作用不明显(P>0.05)。

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of 4 pieces of mixed-herb & herb levels on the activities of main blood antioxidant enzyme(T-SOD)and the content of Maleic Dialdehyde(MDA).Fifty four crossbred beef cattles(Limousin× Lu-xi) were randomly divided into control groups(no herb added) and experiment groups(2%,4%),9 groups included.The results showed that the groups of 2% had better effect(P<0.05).That of 4% had no higher progress.
