北京银泰中心桩筏基础设计
Pile-raft Foundation Design for Beijing Yintai Center Project
【摘要】 北京银泰中心工程为一特大型综合性项目,各建筑部分置于同一筏形基础底盘上,结构超高、荷载大而分布极不均匀。从基础选型、筏板设计、桩基计算、基础抗浮与沉降、桩基检测等各方面,全面介绍北京银泰中心桩筏基础设计,阐述了桩筏基础设计的思路,分析了此类基础设计中应注意的事项。
【Abstract】 Beijing Yintai center project is a super large scale complex project. All parts of the building,super high,with large and uniform distribution load,are based on the same raft foundation.The pile-raft design is introduced including foundation selection,raft design,pile foundation calculation,foundation anti-float and settlement,pile foundation check etc.The design concept of pile-raft foundation and measures are given which should be paid attention in the design of this type of foundation.
