重整再生气新型脱氯剂及其固定床吸附行为研究

【摘要】 在固定床反应器中研究了新型脱氯剂与脱氯剂T411 Q对HCl气体的吸附行为,考察了不同实验条件对脱氯剂穿透氯容的影响。结果表明,新型脱氯剂在300~550℃时都可将气体所含HCl体积分数脱除至1.0×10-6以下;气体所含HCl体积分数在(1.0~2.0)×10-3间变化时,对其脱氯能力影响不大;脱氯剂粒径越小其穿透氯容越大;空速增大,穿透氯容呈下降趋势,但在空速为1 000~3 000 h-1的条件下,其穿透氯容的变化不显著;在450℃,空速为2 500 h-1,HCl体积分数为2.0×10-3时,新型脱氯剂的穿透氯容比T411 Q的高24%~40%。通过对固定床脱氯行为的简化处理,得出新型脱氯剂与气体HC1反应的床层氯容分布方程,根据该方程可以预测不同时刻、不同床层深度处钙基高温脱氯剂的穿透氯容。

【Abstract】 The adsorption performance of homemade dechlorination sorbent for HC1 gas was studied in a fixed bed reactor,compared with dechlorination sorbent T 411Q,and the effects of different experimental conditions on the breakthrough chlorine content of them were examined and discussed.The results showed that the homemade dechlorination sorbent could remove HCl gas volume fraction in regeneration stream to below 1.0×10-6 at 300~550 ℃;The change of HCl gas volume fraction within(1.0~2.0)×10-3 had little effect on the performance of homemade dechlorination sorbent;The smaller of the particle size of dechlorination sorbent,the greater of its breakthrough chlorine content;With space hourly velocity increasing,breakthrough chlorine content of the dechlorination sorbent displayed downward trend,however,when the space hourly velocity changed from 1000h-1 to 3000h-1,the breakthrough chlorine content varied insignificantly;The breakthrough chlorine content of homemade dechlorination sorbent was 24%~40%higher than that of T 411 Q under the condition of 450℃,space hourly velocity 2500h-1 and HCl gas volume fraction 2.0×10-3.The bed chlorine content distribution equation for the reaction between homemade dechlorination sorbent and HCl gas was obtained by simplifying the dechlorination behavior in fixed bed,and the breakthrough chlorine content of calcium based high temperature dechlorination sorbent could be predicted in different bed depths at different time according to the equation.
