超声法提取化香树果序中黄酮类化合物工艺
Study on ultrasonic extraction process of flavonids from infructescence of Platycarya Strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc
【摘要】 研究以化香树果序为原料、乙醇为溶剂,超声提取黄酮类化合物工艺过程的最优条件。在单因素实验基础上通过响应面实验优化乙醇体积分数、超声时间和料液质量体积比等。首次从化香树果序中提取分离出了黄酮类化合物,并得到了超声提取的优化条件。此法与传统的热回流相比,最大的特点是提取时间短,研究结果对化香树果序在药物领域的深入开发提供了一定的理论基础和参考。
【Abstract】 To study the technologies of separating flavonoids from infructescence of Platycarya Strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc with ultrasonic wave,the single-factor extraction tests and response surface analysis were employed to determine the optimum technological condition.Flavonoids were separated from infructescence of Platycarya Strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc at the first time and the optimized extraction conditions were achieved.The result shows that the ultrasonic method is time-saving,compared with the traditional methods.The findings provide some information for the further researches of infructescence of Platycarya Strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc.
