基于姜黄超临界CO2萃取染色一步法研究
Study on one-step method for extracting-dyeing with curcuma in supercritical CO2
【摘要】 分析了姜黄的分子结构及特性,运用超临界CO2染色装置,在压力为20—27 MPa、温度为80—140℃、时间为50—100 m in条件下,对姜黄色素进行萃取,首次提出内染、外染结合的工艺技术路线,对蛋白质毛纤维进行一步法染色研究。阐述了超临界流体萃取及染色的传质特性,依据电子测色配色仪、分光光度仪、织物色牢度分析,结果表明,姜黄超临界CO2萃取染色一步法工艺技术,使织物与色素有良好的结合性和匀染性,染品经测试耐摩擦色牢度达到3—4级,耐水色牢度达到4—5级。
【Abstract】 The molecule structure and characteristics of curcuma were analyzed and the turmeric was extracted by supercritical CO2 dyeing instrument under the conditions of 20-27 MPa,80-140 ℃,50-100 min.The method with curcuma was studied on the wool fibers in supercritical CO2 by inner-dyeing and outer-dyeing and was found based on spectrophotometer analysis and dye fastness analysis. This technique can make the dyes and fibers attached with each other very well and get fine colouruniformity.The experimental results show that the color fastness to crocking can be Grade 3-4 and the color fastness to washing can be Grade 4-5.
