均匀沉淀法制备镁铝水滑石的中试研究

【摘要】 对镁铝水滑石的生产进行了中试研究,获取了中试生产的工艺条件。采用尿素水解均匀沉淀法,原料配比为n(硝酸镁)∶n(硝酸铝)=3∶1,n(尿素)∶n(硝酸根)=1.5∶1,m(物料)∶m(水)=1∶2,125℃下沉淀及晶化5 h,可制备镁铝水滑石,产品收率为71%。XRD和SEM结果表明无杂相生成,产品结晶度高,呈六边形,粒径<13.0μm,平均粒径约3.7μm,提供的工艺参数对于镁铝水滑石的工业生产具有一定的实用价值。

【Abstract】 Pilot production of Mg-Al hydrotalcite was investigated and pilot test procedure was obtained.Mg-Al hydrotalcite can be prepared by homogeneous precipitation of urea hydrolysis and aging process at 125 ℃ for 5 h with n[Mg(NO3)2]∶n[Al(NO3)3]=3∶1,n(urea)∶n(NO3-)=1.5∶1,m(material)∶m(water)=1∶2, and the yield is 71%.The products were characterized based on XRD and SEM.The result shows that the hexagonal particle without impurity phase is formed with high crystallization.The particle size is less than 13.0 μm and the average size is 3.7 μm.Process variables provided is of practical value to industrial production of Mg-Al hydrotalcite.
