二氧六环-木素溶胶粘度特性的研究

【摘要】 木素的粘度特性直接影响木质素产品的成型、质量及其力学性能。文中研究了质量分数、温度、pH值、增塑剂等对二氧六环-木素溶胶粘度特性的影响。研究结果表明:二氧六环-木素溶胶的粘度对数lgη与质量分数正相关,表现出非牛顿流体特征。溶胶粘度随温度的上升而下降,且变化满足阿累尼乌斯方程;在pH=5.0和pH=11.0附近,溶胶的粘度达到最大值,在pH=7.0附近,溶胶粘度最低;在增塑剂的作用下,溶胶粘度均有增加,增塑剂质量分数在0—0.25%,溶胶的粘度与增塑剂质量分数正相关。

【Abstract】 The molding,quality and mechanics performance of lignin product were affected by viscosity properties of lignin sol.The effects of mass fraction,temperature,pH value and plasticizers on the viscosity properties of dioxane-lignin sol were studied.The result indicates that the dioxane-lignin sol presents positive correlationship with the viscosity logarithm lg η,which shows the pseudoplastic characteristics;with the increasing of temperature,the sol viscosity decreases,and the transformation accords with Arrhenius equation;When pH values are about 5.0 and 11.0,sol viscosity can reach the highest(about 7.0),and sol viscosity can reach the lowest;under the function of plasticizers,sol viscosity increases.When the mass fraction of plasticizers is 0-0.25%,sol viscosity presents positive correlationship with the mass fraction of plasticizers.
