超声皂化法提取紫胶桐酸

【摘要】 研究从天然紫胶树脂中提取用于香料工业合成香猫酮、二氢化香猫酮的关键原料———紫胶桐酸的工艺。采用超声清洗机为超声发生源,以超声辐射强化皂化过程,经盐析、过滤及结晶等工序提取紫胶桐酸。提取工艺中不使用有机溶剂,简化了工艺过程,不必经过精制而直接获得紫胶桐酸质量分数大于98.0%的成品,而传统工艺中需使用乙醇对粗品进行重结晶。研究了超声波强度、反应时间、反应温度对紫胶桐酸收率的影响;并利用有机元素分析仪、红外光谱、显微熔点测定仪等手段,对提取的紫胶桐酸结构进行了表征。结果表明,在75℃、250 W超声强度下皂化10 m in,所得紫胶桐酸质量分数可达98.50%—99.63%,收率大于24.0%。

【Abstract】 The process consisting of successive process as saponification aided with ultrasonic wave originated from ultrasonic cleaner,salting out,filtration, leaching and precipitation for extraction of aleuritic acid,an important raw material synthesized civetone and dihydrocivetone in perfumery industry,was developed from the seedlac,any kind of organic reagent was not used to get directly the final products with an aleuritic acid mass fraction above 98% without any refinery process as traditional ones that need recrystallized the coarse aleuritic acid with ethanol.The influence factor routes as ultrasonic wave intensity,reaction time and reaction temperature on yield of aleuritic acid were investigated.In addition,the construct of the aleuritic acid extracted was also characterized through elementary analysis meter Vario EL and Infrared spectroscopy Nicolet AVATAR 360 etc.It shows that aleuritic acid containing in the products can reach 98.50%-99.63%,and the yield of aleuritic acid can reach more than 24.0% even though the saponification time is just only 10 min at 75 ℃ aided with ultrasonic wave.
