【Abstract】 Avermectin in wastewater was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Dichloromethane were used as extractive solvent,and chromatographic separation was performed on a Spherisorb C₁₈ column with methanol/H₂O（88+12）.The samples was detected by UV detector at 245nm.The linear range of avermectin standard solution was 0.025～0.100mg/ml and the correlation coefficient exceeded 0.9948.The RSD was less than 10.6%.The recovery rate of avermectin wastewater was 75.8%～87.6%.更多还原
