【摘要】 高校毕业生就业协议书在学生就业中起着重要作用,但在实践中也存在着就业协议书的法律性质界定、就业协议书的缺失与完善、毕业生就业时的权益保护等问题,针对这些问题,广大毕业生应增强自我保护意识,在自身就业权益受到侵犯时,可采取与用人单位协商解决或要求当地主管就业工作的部门进行调解,也可进行司法救济或直接向人民法院起诉。更多还原

【Abstract】 The employment agreement of the college graduates plays a vital role in the placement of the students,yet there exist such problems as the legal nature limits,employment agreement defect or consummation,the protection of rights and interests in the graduates’ placement and so on.Being faced with these mentioned above,the general graduates should strengthen their consciousness of self-protection,and adopt the means of consultation with the units that have employed them or ask the local department of placement administration for mediation at the time of being infringed upon their rights and interests,or even carry on the judicial relief or directly bring the suit to the people’s court.更多还原
