【摘要】 目的:探讨电针增强脑保护作用的机理。方法:采用100 Hz高频电针针刺正常大鼠百会、风府两穴,电针两周后取血制备电针血清,加入体外培养的星形胶质细胞。免疫组化方法观察电针组星形胶质细胞BDNF的表达,MTT法检测电针血清对星形胶质细胞活力的影响。结果:电针血清培养5 d后BDNF阳性细胞增多;MTT检测结果表明电针血清可增强星形胶质细胞的活力,其中10%电针血清为最佳效应浓度,此剂量电针血清可促进星形胶质细胞增殖。结论:电针血清可能通过激活星形胶质细胞,促进其分泌BDNF发挥脑保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to explore the mechanism of electric-acupuncture on protecting brain.Methods: 100Hz electric needles were used to acupuncture Baihui and Fengfu and electric-acupuncture serum was prepared two weeks later,added with astrocytes cultured in vitro.Immunohistochemical method was introduced to observe the BDNF expression of astrocytes in electrical needle group,MTT method to examine the effect of serum on the astrocytes activity.Results: 5 days after the cultural of serum,positive cells of BDNF increased;it was showed by MTT that electric-acupunctured serum could increase astrocytes activity with 10% as the best concentration,which was able to improve the reproduction of astrocytes.Conclusion: electric-acupunctured serum can accelerate BDNF secretion to protect brain by activating astrocytes.更多还原
