【摘要】 目的探讨心理支持疗法对改善择期手术病人术前焦虑情绪的有效性及可行性。方法将60例有焦虑情绪的择期手术病人随机分为PPST组和对照组,并对这60例病人的术前焦虑水平进行前测,然后针对焦虑情绪问题对PPST组的手术病人进行心理支持疗法,而对照组则不采取心理支持辅导工作,最后两组病人的焦虑水平进行后测调查。结果PPST组病人在心理支持疗法后,焦虑情绪有显著性地降低(P<0.001或P<0.05),而对照组前后测的焦虑水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论对择期手术病人术前进行心理支持辅导可有效降低其术前焦虑水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This research was to explore the efficiency and feasibility of preoperative psychological support therapy on the patients with preoperative anxiety. Methods A total of 60 preoperative anxiety patients were divided into the PPST group and the control group.The research was adopted pre-measuring on the preoperative anxiety among all patients.The psychological support therapy was carried on in the PPST group for their anxiety,but no any psychological support therapy was carried on in the control group.Then post-measuring was adopted on the preoperative anxiety in the PPST group and the control group. Results Experimental results indicated the anxiety in the PPST group had significantly reduced after the psychological support therapy(P<0.001 or 0.050),but the anxiety had not been changed remarkably in the control group. Conclusion Psychological support therapy reduces the preoperative anxiety of the patients effectively.It shows that psychological support therapy on the patients with preoperative anxiety is practical and effective.更多还原
