【摘要】 目的探讨急性白血病(AL)患者骨髓组织survivin基因表达及其与疗效的关系。方法采用RT-PCR检测57例急性白血病患者治疗前后骨髓中survivin基因表达水平,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果初发白血病患者survivin的表达高于正常对照(P<0.05),survivin高表达的急性非淋巴细胞白血病缓解率低,急性淋巴细胞白血病的缓解率与survivin表达无关。结论survivin在白血病中均高表达,survivin可作为判断急性白血病的疗效和预后指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expressions of survivin in myeloid tissue of patients with acute leukemia and its relationship to clinical therapy effect. Methods Survivin gene expressions were detected in myeloid tissues of 57 patients with acute leukemia(AL) before and after treatment by the method of RT-PCR.The level of surviving gene expression in patients with acute leukemia was compared to that in the normal control group. Results The survivin expression in the incipient AL patients was significantly higher than that in the normal control group.The remission rate of non-lymphocytic leukemia with higher survivin expression after treatment was significantly lower than that with lower survivin expression.The survivin expression was irrelevant to remission rate of lymphocytic leukemia after treatment. Conclusion The survivin expression is higher in myeloid tissue of patients with acute leukemia than that in normal persons.Survivin can be used as an index to judge clinical therapy effect and prognosis of AL.更多还原
