冶金用电弧炉控制系统的设计
Design of Furnace Electric Control System for Metallurgy
【摘要】 介绍了系统主要硬件配置、FPG PLC程序结构、Modbus通讯协议、操作面板、组态画面,并给出了主程序循环块方框图。该系统控制算法采用模糊控制算法,且根据现场工艺要求实现了从手动到自动的无扰切换功能。实验运行数据表明,基于模糊控制规律的电弧炉电极升降PLC控制系统运行稳定可靠,操作方便,维护量小,对同行业的生产将起到推动作用。
【Abstract】 The main hardware of the system,the FPG PLC program architecture and Modbus communication protocol,and the operating panel,and the configuration frame.And the skeleton diagram of the main program circulation block is also given.Fuzzy algorithm is adopted in the system,and the function of non-disturbance shifting from manual mode to automatic mode is realized according to field process requirement.The date got from field manifests that arc furnace electric pole fluctuation PLC control system based on fuzzy control rule has features of stable running,convenient operation and little maintenance.The system will promote and impulse function to production advancement of the same trade.
