SRY基因的分子机制及其在奶牛性别控制中的应用
Molecular Mechanism of SRY Gene and its Application in the Sex Control of Milk Cow
【摘要】 综述了性别决定的生物学机制和性别决定基因(SRY)的定位、结构、功能、表达特异性及其作用的分子机制,在此基础上阐述了SRY在奶牛精子性别控制与胚胎性别鉴定中的应用,着重介绍了用于胚胎鉴定的PCR扩增法和DNA探针法。
【Abstract】 This paper generalizes the biological mechanism of sex-determining and the location,structure,function,expression characteristic and the molecular mechanism of sex-determining region Y gene(SRY).And then it discusses the application of SRY in the dairy cattle semen sex control and in embryo sex identifying,emphasizing on the PCR enlargement method and DNA probe method used in embryo sex identifying.
