【Abstract】 Construting the campus culture is an important issue of women’s colleges to cultivate women talents.But the construction campus culture in women’s colleges at present is still lingering at low-level,doesn’t show the distinct characters and is short of systemicness in operation.Basing on these,women’s colleges must adopt effective tactic to constract the campus culture in a whole and of all.To constract the campus spirit culture taking the college spirt as the soul;to strengthen campus behavior culture taking system culture taking rules and systems as the base and to mark the campus material culture take the visage of college as a symbol.更多还原
