【摘要】 跨国公司通过示范效应、竞争效应、培训效应、联系效应、集聚效应对我国形成技术扩散。跨国公司的投资加快了我国产业结构的升级和技术进步。

【Abstract】 MNC brings about China’s technical diffusion through demonstration,competition,training,connection and conglomeration.Investment from MNC accelerated the promotion and technical advance of industrial structure in China.
