【摘要】 为满足经济发展的需要,波兰于1993年通过了新的反不正当竞争法以取代1926年的反不正当竞争法。该法确立了经营者、消费者、公众三重保护的宗旨,设置了一般条款,规制了几种典型的不正当竞争行为,规定了颇具特色的制裁和诉讼程序。该法规定的保护目的、某些不正当竞争行为的禁止、民事责任和民事救济途径给完善我国反不正当竞争法以启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new Poland Act against Unfair Competition was carried in 1993 for meeting the needs of economic development,replacing the old ACT of 1926.The Act clarifies the protection aims of competitors,consumers and the general public;establishes the general clause;regulates several typical unfair competition practices;stipulates characteristic sanction and litigation procedure.The protection aims,prohibition on certain unfair competition,civil responsibility and ways of civil relief of this law give enlightenment on perfection of the China act against unfair competition.更多还原
