钠钙玻璃在CO2激光作用下的热应力分析

【摘要】 为了研究钠钙玻璃在预热和无预热两种情况下进行激光加工所产生的热应力的差别,在考虑辐射和对流的情况下,建立了激光扫描玻璃板的传热数学模型.分析了热应力与温度场分布之间的关系,并用有限元软件Ansys进行了数值模拟,得到了钠钙玻璃在预热和无预热两种情况下进行激光加工的温度场和应力场分布.计算结果显示预热后进行激光加工产生的热应力小于无预热的情况,试验结果与理论分析和数值计算基本符合.

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the difference of thermal stresses in soda-lime glass heated by laser beam between preheated and no-preheated,a mathematical model was established as the radiation and conduction were considered.The relationship between thermal stresses and temperature distribution was analyzed.The distribution of temperature and thermal stresses was obtained by using software Ansys.It was shown that the thermal stresses in preheated glass are smaller than that induced in no-preheated glass when heated by laser beam.At the end,an experiment was done to confirm the result.
