颗粒增强牙齿材料湿扩散系数的细观力学分析

【摘要】 研究了颗粒体积分数对等效湿扩散系数的影响,采用三维立方体和圆柱体有限元单胞,建立了颗粒增强牙齿材料的计算模型和计算方法,将计算结果与Hashin和Shen的理论分析公式进行了比较,证明了本模型的可行性和算法的正确性.立方体单胞与圆柱体单胞数值模型相比,前者计算结果更优.最后采用线性经验公式计算,其结果和数值分析方法相比,最大相对误差在5%以内.

【Abstract】 The objective of this study is to determine the effect of filler volume fraction on apparent diffusivity of particle reinforced dental composites.A simple cubic and a cylindrical finite element cell models was applied.For estimating the effective moisture diffusion coefficient,a mathematical model is proposed.Comparing with the results deduced by Hashin′s and Shen′s analytical formulas,the proposed model gives reasonable predictions.Moreover,the simple cubic model provides more accurate predictions compared to the cylindrical one.A simple linear empirical formula is also proposed for predicting the effective moisture diffusion coefficient.It is found that the maximum error of the formula is within 5 %.
