碳纤维水泥基复合材料压敏性应用研究
Applied study of the piezoelectricity of carbon fiber cement composites
【摘要】 鉴于短切碳纤维和碳纤维毡水泥基复合材料(CFCC)具有很好的压敏性,对CFCC的压敏性进行了应用研究.研制了CFCC涂层混凝土偏心柱模型,采用四电极测电阻法并利用差动原理极大提高了敏感性,同时可实现温度补偿.通过实验对试样进行偏心受压,并对受压载荷、受拉面应变和差动电压数据进行了实时在线采集,结果表明CFCC的输出差动电压与结构所受偏心弯矩及偏心应变具有较高的敏感性,尤其毡CFCC更是具有很好的线性关系.
【Abstract】 Carbon fiber cement composite(CFCC) showing its excellent piezoelectricity,the application of its piezoelectricity was studied.Fourelectrode method was used to measure the resistance of the model concrete eccentricity-column with CFCC coating and differential theory has been adopted to promote the sensitivity dramatically;meanwhile temperature compensation can be realized.The samples were experimentally compressed and the data of compress loading,strain on tensile area and differential voltage were by on-line acquired.The results shows that differential voltage output and structure′s eccentricity bending moment and eccentricity strain have comparatively high sensitivity,especially felt CFCC having excellent linearity relationship.
