冰箱回热毛细管计算模型

【摘要】 在分析现有的冰箱毛细管主要计算模型的基础上,针对冰箱毛细管实际应用情况,建立了冰箱回热毛细管六段流阻模型.该模型充分考虑了回气管与毛细管回热长度以及毛细管进出口截面突变的影响,并对冰箱回热毛细管在三种不同工况下的性能进行了模拟,研究了冷凝温度、蒸发温度、以及毛细管相对位置对毛细管工作性能的影响,结果显示冷凝温度对回热毛细管内的制冷剂流动特性影响最大.

【Abstract】 Basic calculation models for refrigerant capillary tubes were studies.From practical regenerator capillary tubes in refrigerators,a novel mathematical model for the capillary tubes is proposed which consists of six parts of flowing obstruction.The influence of the capillary tube-suction line counter-flow heat exchanger and the outlet/inlet section mutation were analyzed.The flowing characters of the refrigerant under three different working conditions were simulated by using this model,and the influence of the condensation temperature,evaporation temperature and relatively position of the capillary were studied.The results show that the condensation temperature influences the flowing characters of the refrigerant in the capillary tubes obviously.The model can be referred to the optimization of the capillary tubes in refrigerators.
