基于Vx Works的发动机实时仿真系统

【摘要】 提出了一种新的基于Matlab/RTW和VxWorks实时操作系统的仿真方法,所构建的基于Simulink的发动机实时仿真模型,可自动生成优化的嵌入式实时仿真代码,在线调整模型参数并监视仿真数据.与传统的手工编写和修改仿真模型代码的方法相比,加速了硬件在环仿真平台的研制.通过对6110/125zl型柴油机进行仿真分析,验证了该方法的快速可行性.

【Abstract】 In the design stage of electronic controlled diesel engine control system,to establish its simulation engine model and carry on HILS is a very important step.This paper introduces a new simulation method based on Matlab/RTW and VxWorks real-time operating system.The engine model constructed by Simulink can produce the embedded real-time code optimized automatically,and adjust the model parameter and monitor the simulation data online.Compared with traditional method to write and revise the simulation model code by hand,the method has accelerated the research of the hardware in the loop simulation.Through the analysis of the simulation result of the 6110/125zl diesel engine,the fast feasibility of this method has verified.
