【摘要】 目的根据骨盆骨折患者病情严重程度,确定骨盆骨折创伤分级,指导骨盆骨折外科治疗。方法将1998年1月-2005年12月我科收治的180例骨盆骨折患者,按骨盆损伤程度、外科合并伤及严重性、四肢骨关节损伤及患者自身素质,分为4级。结果Ⅰ级无1例死亡;Ⅱ级死亡1例为82岁,骨盆骨折并存其它三处骨折;Ⅲ级死亡1例,死于胸部损伤;Ⅳ级死亡4例,其中2例接受手术治疗。结论应建立骨盆骨折创伤分级系统,用骨盆骨折创伤分级指导骨盆外科治疗,能提高救治成功率,保全生命,恢复盆部功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective According to the case of pelvic fractures,establish the pelvic fractures trauma grades,to adopt the suitable treatment tactics.Methods From January,1998 to December 2005,180 cases of the pelvic fractures were treated.According to the case of pelvic trauma,with the severe surgery injury,four limbs bone and joint damages,and the patients oneself body quality,were classified into 4grades.Results None death in gradeⅠ;1case died in gradeⅡ,he was 82years,with other three fractures;1case died of chest trauma in gradeⅢ;4cases died in gradeⅣ,operative treatment 2cases.Conclusion It is necessary to set up the pelvic fractures trauma grades system,using it to guide treating the pelvic fractures,can improve the successful rate,preserve the life,recover the pelvic function.更多还原
