【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺导管内视镜在乳腺癌的保乳手术方面的应用价值。方法对乳腺导管内视镜检出的36例导管内癌患者行保乳手术18例,18例患者再次行仿根治术Ⅱ式(MRMII术),术后随访观察疗效。结果18例保乳手术患者术后随访半年到3年(平均2.2年)无1例复发,无死亡病例。乳房外观良好,生存质量良好。MRMII组不仅患侧乳房丧失,而且出现上肢水肿4例,,活动障碍2例,切口瘢痕挛缩不适6例。结论乳腺导管内视镜可明确检出0期乳癌,对早期乳癌的保乳手术具有重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of breast-duct endoscopy to the breast-conserving operation.Methods 18 of 36 cases of intraductal cancer diagnosed by breast-duct endoscopy were localized and ectomized to conserve breast.The others(18cases)were operated by MRMⅡ.All the patients were followed up to study the effect after operation.Results No mortality in 18 cases localized and ectomized to conserve breast took place.No one shift and recur took place by followed up 0.5 to 3years(mean 2.2years).The group have an advantage obviously in living quality.But the other(18cases)operated by MRMⅡhave lost their breasts,Edema of the upper extremity existed in 4 cases.motion disorder occurred in 2 cases.Cicatrical contracture of incision existed in 6 cases.Conclusion The breast-duct endoscopy can examine out 0-stage breast cancer.It has a very important value in breast-conserving operation of early-stage breast cancer.更多还原
