【摘要】 目的总结72例法洛四联症患者的外科经验,提高手术成功率。方法对手术治疗的72例法洛四联症进行回顾性总结。结果本组近期死亡7例,死亡率9·7%。其中并发低心输出量综合征9例,死亡5例;灌注肺1例,死亡;急性肾功能衰竭1例,死亡。65例术后随访6个月～5年,无并发症及死亡。结论法洛四联症应尽早施行一期修复手术,心脏畸形合理矫治及完善的围手术期处理是保证手术成功、减少并发症发生和降低死亡率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the surgical experience of 72 patients with tetralogy of Fallot and raise the operational achievement ratio.Methods Summarize retrospectively 72 patients with tetralogy of Fallot for surgical correction.Results There were 7 patients from the group died in the near future.The mortality was 9.7%.Among the former,there were 9 patients complicated low cardiac output syndrome and 5 patients died.Additionally,there were two cases died,one complicated perfusion lung,the other complicated acute renal failure(ARF).The remainder(65 patients) was followed up for 6 months to 5 years,no complication and death.Conclusion The patients should early have surgical repair.It is a key to ensure the operation to succeed,decrease complications and lower mortality both correcting reasonably cardiac anomalies and perfect perioperative management.更多还原
