【摘要】 目的评价超声心动图在胸主动脉瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法分析总结31例经临床确诊的胸主动脉瘤患者的二维声像图及彩色多普勒血流显像情况。结果超声心动图检查能准确测量患者的主动脉内、外径,了解其内部异常结构和血流情况。结论超声心动图检查能对大多数胸主动脉瘤即时做出明确诊断,并且帮助识别形成胸主动脉瘤的原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate clinic value of echocardiogram diagnosis on aneurysm of thoracic aorta.Methods Analyze two-dimensional echocardiogram and color Doppler ultrasonic angiograph on diagnosis of aneurysm of thoracic aorta of 31 cases suffering from aneurysm of thoracic aorta.Results Echocardiogram can measure inside and outside diameter of aorta exactly,and it help us to understand inside abnormal construction and blood flow of aorta.Conclusion The most of aneurysm of thoracic aorta can be exactly diagnosed by Echocardiogram immediately,it also help us to understand the cause of aneurysm of thoracic aorta.更多还原
