【摘要】 目的探讨血清胆红素、血尿酸及血脂与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死关系。方法采用美国Dimen-sionARx全自动生化仪检测89例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)和40名健康体检者(对照组)血清总胆红素(TBil)、直接胆红素(DBil)、血尿酸(UA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)],并进行比较。结果脑梗死组血清TBil和间接胆红素IBil水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);UA、LDL-C及Lp(a)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组间比较DBil、TC、TG和HDL-C水平差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论血清胆红素、血尿酸及血脂等指标与脑梗死的发生、发展存在密切的相关性,可作为缺血性脑卒中防治监测工作的重要参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relation between the level of Tbil,Dbil,UA blood lipid and occurance of atherosclerosis cerebral infarction.Methods Adopt dimension AR USA autobiochemistry instrument to examine 89 cases cerebral infarction patients(CI group)and 40 healthy people(control group)about their Tbil,Dbil,UA,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and Lp(a)and compare them.Results The level of Tbil and Ibil are obviously lower than that of controls(P<0.05),the level of UA,LDC-C and Lp(a)are obviously higher than that of controls(P<0.05).Compared the two groups,there’s no significant difference among Dbil,TC,TG and HDL-C level(P>0.05).Conclusion There’s close relation between the level of Tbil,UA,blood lipid and the occurance of cerebral infarction and can be the key index for treatment and prevention of ischemic brain stroke.更多还原
