【摘要】 目的探讨超声乳化技术治疗青光眼合并白内障的安全性和有效性。方法将70例(86眼)各型青光眼合并白内障患者施行白内障超声乳化吸出术后房型人工晶状体植入术合并虹膜周边切除术或小梁切除术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果手术的并发症轻微,术后并发症包括手术后的角膜水肿、浅前房、脉络膜脱离、人工晶状体表面渗出膜。结论白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合青光眼手术是一种安全、有效的控制眼压和保持视力的手术。避免了2次手术。术后浅前房、恶性青光眼等并发症少见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the phacoemusification combined with intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy(triple procedure).Methods The clinical data of patients with glaucoma complicated with cataract who underwent the combined surgery.The series included 70 patients(86 eyes),The patients were followed up for three months to one year.Results Surgical complications were mild and there were corneal edema,shallow anterior chamber,choroidal detachment,fibrin exudates.Conclusion Triple procedure is an effective,quick and safe procedure to control intraocular pressure and maintain visual acuity for glaucoma complicated with cataract.Secondary surgery can be avoided.Postoperative complications including shallow anterior chamber and malignant glaucoma were rare.更多还原
