【摘要】 目的探讨再造生血颗粒治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)的临床疗效和作用机理。方法选对照组40例,口服康力龙每次2mg,每日3次;治疗组40例,口服再造生血颗粒每次10g,每日3次,3个月为一疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状及外周血象、骨髓象等指标的改善情况。结果治疗后治疗组的临床症状、外周血象改善情况及疗效均与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P(0.05)。结论该制剂能改善CAA患者的临床症状,血象,提示具有补肾活血功效的再造生血颗粒治疗CAA的疗效优于康力龙。实验研究结果显示该制剂疗效可靠,安全无毒更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zai Zao Sheng Xue granules(ZZSXG)(concluded by my tutor) in treating the chronic aplastic anemia(CAA) and to explore its mechanism.Methods 80 CAA patients were randomly divided into two groups: each group was 40 cases respectively,control group received Anabol therapy,2mg every time,three times a day,trial group received ZZSXG therapy,10g every time,three times a day.By means of advanced modern experiment to inquire the effective function of the herbs of reinforcing kidney.To observe two groups patients symptom,pallor,dizzy,palpitation,etc,and blood phenomenon,bone marrow phenomenon.Results The results showed that the differences was significant(P<0.05)between two groups after treatment.Conclusion ZZSXG was safety and its clinical effect was good.更多还原
