【摘要】 目的探讨主动脉的脉压与冠状动脉狭窄程度的关系。方法对268例行冠状动脉造影术的患者进行主动脉血压测量并计算脉压值。冠状动脉狭窄程度用冠状动脉病变支数和冠状动脉狭窄计分表示。结果冠状动脉狭窄组其年龄、SBP、DBP、PP比较冠状动脉正常组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。且年龄、SBP和PP随着狭窄支数的增加而逐渐增加。脉压≥60mmHg组三支病变患病率明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。主动脉PP和年龄与冠状动脉狭窄程度密切相关。结论主动脉脉压与冠状动脉狭窄程度密切相关,并对冠状动脉病变具有独立预测价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relation of the aortic pulse pressure to the severity of coronary artery disease. Methods Coronary angiography was performed in 268 patients. The aortic blood pressure and pulse pressure was measured by computer during coronary angiography. The degree of coronary artery disease was denoted with the coronary number of stenosis and the score of coronary lesion.Results Coronary artery narrow group its age, SBP, DBP, and PP comparison with coronary artery normal group difference has statistics significance(P<0.01). But the age, SBP and PP increase gradually along with the narrow count increase.Pulse pressure≥60mmHg group three pathological change prevalence rate obviously markup, the difference has statistics significance(P<0.01). Aortic pulse pressure and age were significantly related to coronary artery narrow degree.Conclusion Aortic pulse pressure was significantly related to coronary artery narrow degree. Aortic pulse pressure has the independent prospective value to the coronary artery disease.更多还原
