【摘要】 目的评估卵胞浆内单精子显微注射(ICSI)治疗常规体外受精(IVF)失败的临床价值。方法19例受精率仅0%~30%的常规IVF失败患者和28例严重男性不育患者同期接受ICSI治疗。采用常规促排卵方案,并于注射绒毛膜促性腺激素35~37小时内,在B超引导下经阴道取卵,选成熟卵进行显微注射。结果所有ICSI周期都有受精,两组平均受精率分别为(75.6±21.1)%和(73.9±19.2)%,卵裂率为(85.1±19.3)%和(82.7±22.1)%,每胚胎移植周期的临床妊娠率为31.6%和28.6%,每胚胎种植率为15.3%和14.4%,两组比较无显著性差异。结论ICSI是治疗常规IVF失败病例的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the significance of intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) in the treatment of fertilization failure with conventional in vitro fertilization(IVF). Methods Nineteen patients with failure of conventional IVF whose fertilization rate was 0%-30% and 28 patients with severe male factor infertility received ICSI technology during the same period.Ovarian stimulation was achieved by conventional protocol.Transvaginal ultrasound-guided oocyte collection was done 35-37 h after human chorionic gonadotrophin(HCG) injection.Only the mature oocytes were selected for microinjection.Results Fertilization was achieved with ICSI in all patients.There was no significant difference in mean fertilization rate(75.6% ±21.1%vs 73.9% ±19.2%),cleavage rate(85.1% ±19.3% vs 82.7%± 22.1%),clinical pregnancy rate per embryo transfer cycle(31.6% vs.28.6%) and implantation rate per embryo(15.3% vs 14.4%) between two groups.Conclusion ICSI is an effective method for couples who have failed in IVF.更多还原
