【摘要】 目的研究肝细胞癌(HCC)中Toll样受体4(TLR4)、诱骗受体3(DcR3)的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测60例HCC组织中及对应癌旁组织中的TLR4和DcR3蛋白表达。结果60例HCC肿瘤组织中7例TLR4表达阳性(11.7%),对应癌旁组织中43例TLR4表达阳性(71.7%),两者比较P<0.01。60例肿瘤组织中46例DcR3表达阳性(76.7%),对应癌旁组织中11例DcR3表达阳性(18.3%),两者比较P<0.01。TLR4与DcR3在HCC中的表达具有负相关性。结论TLR4与DcR3在HCC发生发展过程中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the significance of TLR4 and DcR3 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The expressions of DcR3 and TLR4 in 60 cases of HCC and their pericarcinomatous tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining with SP method.Results In the 60 cases studied,the expression of TLR4 was 11.7%(7/60) in tumor group and 71.7%(43/60) in pericarcinomatous group while the expression of DcR3 was 76.7% in tumor group and 18.3% in pericarcinomatous group.The difference in two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion TLR4 and DcR3 plays a vital role in tumor growth and tumor progression.更多还原
