【摘要】 目的探讨KAI1及CD44v6蛋白在肝癌中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法,检测55例肝癌和9例良性肝病组织中KAI1及CD44v6蛋白的表达。结果KAI1在肝癌中表达下调,CD44v6在肝癌中表达增高,两者与良性肝病组织相比差异均有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。KAI1蛋白与肿瘤的分化程度、远处转移相关,而CD44v6仅与远处转移相关。结论KAI1和CD44v6的异常表达可能参与了肝癌的发生、发展,联合检测两种蛋白的表达对肝癌患者远处转移的判断有一定指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of KAI1 and CD44v6 in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and clinical significance.Methods The expressions of KAI1 and CD44v6 in 55 samples with HCC and 9 benign hepatic diseases samples were detected by SP immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of KAI1 was down regulated in HCC,while that CD44v6 was up regulated.The levels of both proteins were significantly different compared with those of benign samples(P<0.01). The expression of KAI1 had correlation with differentiation and metastasis of HCC,while the expression of CD44v6 in HCC had only correlation with metastasis.Conclusion The abnormal expressions of KAI1 and CD44v6 probably participate in genesis and development of HCC.Combined detection of the expression of them in HCC may provide a significant parameter to judge the metastasis of HCC.更多还原
