【摘要】 分析了江苏省1991~2003年城市用地扩张的数量变化、扩张速率和用地结构变化的区域差异,探讨了城市用地扩张的主要驱动因子及其作用.研究表明,近十几年来,江苏城市用地数量呈总量上升趋势,而人均城市用地呈波动变化;城市用地扩张的空间差异明显,苏北城市用地扩张速度缓慢,以居住用地扩张为主而苏南及苏中沿江城市城市用地扩张较快,以工业用地扩张为主;经济发展、人口增加、产业结构调整和政治经济政策是江苏城市用地扩张的主要驱动因子.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the amount change,expansion rate,land structure variety and regional difference of the urban land use in Jiangsu province from 1991 to 2003,the present paper studies the main driving forces and their effects of the expansion of urban land use.The results show that,first,the amount of the urban land has the trend of going up while the average level undergoes the process from increase to gently decrease to increase during the past 12 years;Second,there are distinct spatial differences in the urban land expansion.The speed of urban land expansion is slow and the main type is inhabitancy land in North Jiangsu while the speed of urban land expansion is rapid and the main type is industrial land in South Jiangsu and in the cities along the Changjing River;Third,the main driving forces of urban land use change in Jiangsu are the economic development,the growth of urban population,the adjustment of industrial structure and the political and economic policy.更多还原
