大菱鲆工厂化养殖水质净化菌的筛选与系统发育分析
Screening and phylogenetic analysis of bacteria used for purifying water quality in industrial culture of Turbot
【摘要】 研究了可用于大菱鲆工厂化养殖水质净化用的硝化细菌的筛选以及系统发育分析。实验筛选得到了1株高净化能力的硝化细菌X3,其在28℃水温下对大菱鲆养殖水体中NO2--N的净化效果可达31.9%。采用16SrRNA序列分析的方法对其进行了鉴定,认为属于红球菌属(Rhodococcus sp.)。
【Abstract】 This paper dealt with screening and phylogenetic analysis of nitrobacteria which could be applied to purifying water quality in industrial culture of turbot. One strain of nitrobacteria numbered as X3 was obtained through experiment, its degradation rate of NO-2-N reaching 31.9 % in turbot culture at 28 ℃. By using 16S rRNA gene screening analysis, the strain X3 was identified as belonging to Rhodococcus sp.
